Re-Appearing E-Mails in Inbox

I have several users here that file their e-mails into folders, and for some reason, at certain times, those newly filed e-mails automatically transfer back to the Inbox.
I had one user that filed around 500-600 e-mails, and a few days later, all of those e-mails were back in his Inbox.

This appears to be only happening to a few users, which leads me to believe they are doing something to generate this reversal.

We are on client version 6.5.5, and server 7.0.2

We are having this problem with the trash can. Majority of users with this similar problem have mail databases over 500meg. We cant track it down. Have you checked the time on your mail server?
