Hello guru's!
my customer keeps getting an Alarm code 50-09 on his extension only (x312) and not the main phone 221.
How can I clear this? Or find out what it is? I did a little research and found it means module 9 has a device error. I checked all my ports but found no errors on that module? Any thoughts?
