Hi

We have a customer who wishes to save certain calls for training purposes. We have a mitel 3300mx controller running on version 6. i have though about using the record a call feature and forwarding the wav files to another pc on the network via e-mail but i think this would slow the bandwidth down significantly because of wav files being large. What would be the best solution for a problem like this with the cost of it not running sky high.

Thanks

We use RedBox VoIP recording server. It captures RTP sessions and keeps a database of recorded calls.
