Just wanted to follow up and post an update as there are a lot of threads where questions are asked, and suggestions made by everyone here and there is no follow up from OP as to their issue status.
I did not want to be one of those people!
Looking at my last post on thread798-1742302, I see the last update was back in March. WOW time flies by.
So Avaya came out with a new firmware file for the 1140E sets 0625C91. I loaded it last month and knock on wood have not had the KEMs go blank. it looks as if they FINALLY resolved this issue.
