RDP Window Sizing

We publish RDP through Citrix, i.e. go to portal then user can bring up RDP to go to their own desktop.
The app is set to work full screen and the portal is set for seamless.
When the published app runs against server1 the RDP session ends up as only a partial screen, can't be resized etc.
If it runs against server2 it starts full screen, can be resized without problems and so on.

Any thoughts as to what I can check?

Got around it by blowing away the profiles on the problematic Citrix box. Still not sure what caused it though.
