Hello
I know this may be a quick fix but I can't seem to figure it out.
I have 2 win08std servers. When I rdp to one of them,I see the domain admin account listed in the login screen and it works fine. My other 08 server however, behaves differently. When I start an rdp session, the screen flashes a "welcome..." then gives me the user name or password is incorrect. I then have to do 'switch user' and type domain name/ID and then password (I always use domain admin) and then it works fine.
How do I configure that logon screen to work like in the first server?

Thanks

The RDP shortcut has cached the wrong info for that IP. Make a new RDP shortcut, and in the connection settings use domain\username and then save it. Then you won't get that prompt.
