RDP to client PC on a domain.

Hello, I have a user that would like remote access or RDP to their office PC which is a workstation on a domain with a private IP address. The server is Windows 2000 and the workstations are XP Pro/SP2. Is this possible? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Assuming you have a router/firewall, you need to forward Port 3389 to the XP. This how to may help,
