I want to be able to log RDP sessions into my Windows 2003 SBS server. i have a few users who have Administrative rights and they like to make changes on the server. i want to be able to log what time a ‘users/computer’ connects and from what 'IP address or computer name'. Is this possible ?

Well yes. What you could do is use a vbscript and a GPO to log everybody who is logging on. There are some examples in the scripting repositry at technet. Under scripting. Take a look there.
