Hi

I have a customer that want our support team to have access to thier Server 2003 machines using Remote Desktop however our security policy does not allow our staff to use "Resource Redirection" (Drive redirection) I know you can set the setting on the server but that is no good to me as I don't have control of these servers and the only GPO I have for TS Client is "Do not store passwords" does anyone know of another method of disabling this feature on the Client using GPO.

I have asked the IT guy at the other end to disable this feature but will not do so as he uses it himself!
