RDP Issue

I have several users that connect through RDP having trouble getting to the server. When they connect, the login comes up with the DNS name of the system they are logging onto instead of the Domain name. If the domain name isn't present, it will not log them on (don't really get that one). Any help would be greatly appreciated.



We are using XP clients with a Windows 2003 server.
