RDP errors

Can somebody tell me why these errors occur and how to resolve it:

1) ssonsvr.exe
2) bacstray.exe
3) ccApp
4) CB Monitor window

The specific user is using RDP on a thin-client.

They don't look like errors to me. Maybe if you posted the full error...

This is all the user gave me. Maybe not errors but somehow it flashes on his screen. Any info about the files would help.
