We are having windows 2003 server and 20 thin client. i am connecting server from thin client through rdp. when i execute oracle base software from server. it gives ora01019 memory allocation error. if i login with admin it's working fine. if i give full rights to user still same problem. customer is saying no problem from oracle side. please help me. thanks in advance. from hdd base machine everything is fine only problem through RDP.

thanks in advance.

Did you install the Oracle client software correctly under Terminal Services (ie through Add/Remove programs). Sounds like your issue is permission related as I have had similar issues in the past configuring Oracle client software on terminal servers. Make sure that your users have at minimum Read+Execute rights to the Oracle software directories and associated DLLs
