I have just installed Accpac on a new server. When I connect using rdc and launch Accpac I get an error "There are no installed Organizations"

What have I done wrong ?

Please guide

You're not pointing to the correct SharedData folder, where SITE, COMPANY, and USER are located.

Thanks I got that. I had backed up the database from a different server and now I get an error when accessing the companies. It says Two Microsoft support files (SQLSRV32.dll and ODBCBCP.dll) are different versions. Please refer to Solution ID 22331 for more information

Yes, you need to get those DLL's to be the same version.

I've also seen this error when the server name mentioned in Accpac database setup is not running.

The problem was that I just copied the ism file which had a wrong database id.

On the rdc I am getting an error saying control is not properly installed. What can be causing this?

I really appreciate the help. Thanks very much
