Hi,

I am not sure if I am looking in the right direction or not - I have a RDB that has an 800 number pointing to the first of 3 Centrex lines grouped together in the RDB. The ATDN on the RDB is a MCR extension. I have just been informed that the 800 is continuously busy - I stated the TNs of the centrex lines and all were busy. I DISU and ENLU the TNs and when I tested by calling the 800 number, 2 of the TNs were busy when I statted them - I do not know if another call had come in as we are in our peak telecom season - is there any way to increase the threshold or waiting period - some way to prevent so many busy signals?

Here is the RDB and the TN of the primary Centrex line (below):

Correction - the ATDN is on the TNs - not the RDB.

are there actually active calls on these trunks? even if the mcr lines transfer the call somewhere else that trunk is still busy.

I believe there are active calls on the lines as this group gets a high volume of call activity. I have been stating the TNs every so often and they seem to be working properly - none are staying busy for too long. I am not very knowledgable about RDB etc. - I know there is a way you can trace an incoming call on a trunk or something like that but I have no idea how to do so and not even sure if that is appropriate in this case.

I did a LTM in LD 21 and a TRAC in LD 80 - don't know if this info will help or not?
