RD Web Password Change

I am setting up a new RD Web app server in 2016 and would like to set the default domain in the password change page (password.aspx) so users only have to enter their username. The 2012 instructions for setting the default domain in the login page worked like a charm, but regardless of what I have tried for the password reset page I am still unable to get the default domain to work. Has anyone else implemented this?
