RCW License issue

I have tried below steps for RCW error but still no outcome:

1.Restart of CCMA Server

2.Restart of CCMS Active Server.When i have done this for the first time i m able to login into RCW but after that same issue.

Kidly suggest guys..
 
Actually we are having only one license for RCW.

We have getting attached error while fetching RCW report in CCMA(cc6) server.

error : -- There is an error getting RCW License,please contact CCMA Administrator for resolution.
RCW License not available at this moment because other users are running the available RCW Sessions.
License denied.User.Webadmin,License Type:LM_RCW_USER(NODAL).

Kindly suggest ...
 
Make sure you're on the latest License Manager patch - you'll need a vendor and a PASS contract to get patches. The latest is LM_6.0_SU_05 for nodal license manager. Also, there are a couple Avaya knowledgebase articles, including:

Contact Center Manager Administration

Symptom:
Unable to run Report Creation Wizard.
There is an error getting the RCW License, please contact the CCMA administrator for resolution. Communication error with License Manager License Denied. USer: webamdin, License Type: LM_RCW_USER (CORP)

Fix:
Refer to Administrator's Guide 297-2183-927 which states:
Situation:
Intermittently, the Contact Center Manager Administration License Manager Service cannot grant a license or cannot release a license. This is because, the Contact Center Manager Administration License Manager Server grace period for Report Creation Wizard is not fully functional.

Solution:
Restart the License Manager on the Contact Center Manager Server and restart the Contact Center Manager Administration License Manager Services on the Contact Center Manager Administration server.

To restart the License Manager:
1 On the Contact Center Manager Server, select Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
Result: The Services window appears.
2 Select the Extended tab.
3 On the Extended page, in the list, highlight CC License Manager.
4 Click the Restart link to restart the service.
5 From the menu, select File > Close to close the Services window.

To restart the License Manager Services:
1 On the Contact Center Manager Administration server, select Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
Result: The Services window appears.
2 Select the Extended tab.
3 On the Extended page, in the list, highlight CCMA LMService.
4 Click the Restart link to restart the service.
5 From the menu, select File > Close to close the Services window.

Or, there's this one:

Ensure that the correct IP address for License Manager Server is entered in CCMA configuration.

1. On the Contact Center Manager Administration server, select Start > All Programs > Nortel Contact Center > Manager Administration> Configuration.
2. Select LM Service Configuration.
3. Enter the correct IP address of the license manager server into the Primary Server's IP Address fields.
4. Click OK.
5. You will be prompted to have the LM Service restarted. Select Yes.
