RCW doesn't have any available agents in Historical Rpt

CoRes 6.0 with SU04. I don't trust SU05 since it came out last week. But, anyway, the standard reports run fine. The access and partitions are set correct and the RCW will let you build reports. When using a simple template with a few agent fields configured like: Agent Name, Agt ID, No of Calls, total talk time, dn out etc. When I import the report and run, I cant choose any available agents. It doesnt list any and update button is grayed out. All other reporting functions are there, Just not agents??? Im stumped, went through known issues and solution search. Any suggestions?

did you try - import the report directly from rcw into historical reporting.

You can import it as a standard report or a private report.
