.rcs fonts into Autocad

Is ther any way when exporting a dgn file to dwg that the rcs fonts in Microstation can be read by AutoCAD 14 without changing the font properties?
Also how can I see attributes when opening dwg file in Microstation e.g. drawing numbers, titles etc??
