Hi all,

One of our customers wants to extend the ring time before calls forward.

Grateful if some can advise the ringtime against
the following:

LD 21

CFN0 6 (= RCO 0)
CFN1 5 (= RCO 1)
CFN2 8 (= RCO 2)
DFN0 6 (= RCO 0)
DFN1 5 (= RCO 1)
DFN2 8 (= RCO 2)

And is there a simple method of working out how long the ringtime would be if any of the above entries were amended.
(Bearing in mind there may be some 200+ DNs on RCO 0 so it may be simpler to amend the CFN/DFN value rather than change the RCO nbr - although I am reluctant to do this)

Have tried trawling the NTPs trying to find details, but without success.

As ever, any help is much appreciated.

Regards
Jimbo

this from ld 21 tells me that if rco=0 i have three rings before forward.. rco=2 then i get six rings..might be a little eaiser then it looks.. default for all sets is 0..

A standard ring is 2 on 4 off, so with your 6 set for RCO 0
you roughly have 36 sec. of ring time before you forward no answer.
