Hi,
I'm having issues with a NICE logging solution - version 3 SP4 - hot fix level not known (if you can tell me how to find it, I'll get it). I know this version is very (very) old and an upgrade is planned - but we need a sticking plaster for the moment.
We are having to reboot the Interaction Server on a near daily basis or call recording stops! All I can see in the event logs are RCM errors, which happen every few seconds.
When recording stops, the error on screen (sadly not captured...) relates to a RCM DLL
I've had a look round and I can see this thread911-1554320, (Applies to the version we are running, but hotfix unknown) which suggests setting the EnableAudioChecks to No. Our current setting is Yes.
As I have no familiarity with NICE, I need some help!
1) is changing the EnableAudioChecks flag likely to help?
1a) What does it do / what are the downsides of turning it off
2) How do I discover what Hotfix we are running?
3) Any other ideas on how I can avoid having to reboot this server daily?
Cheers
Take Care
Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

The logger ID changes between the 2 logging servers in use and the channel ID changes.Application Event log said:Error (Passive VoIP Allocator, 6060) logger; Failed to update resource, PassiveVoipResource: Logger xxxxxxx, channel: yy (PassiveVoipAllocator.handleUpdateRequest)
