RCF with SIP trunk

Does anybody know how to set up remote call forwarding on IPOffice 500 R8.1 with SIP trunk? Can't get it to work. I've unchecked the inhibit forwarding and transfer, but still doesn't work. When station is forwarded, the caller just hears ringing. Any help is appreciated.

You've got some more work to do before we get involved, you need to see what's happening to the call using SSA and monitor, see if you see what's happening there when he hears the ringing, without that info we can't help anyway

The call never forwards out. The extension doesn't ring either. Not sure where it goes. I will check SSA and monitor. Thank u!
