RCF with Simul Int Alrt ,feature code not working!!

Hi ,
I have a Magix R3.0 V7.0 and am trying to programme an extension for rcf with simul int alert but as soon as I dial #33 and then #, I get the turkey tone.

Has anybody got this to work?

I have pri pool 890 set up with remote call fwd allowed for the extension.

Remote call fwd works fine if I dial #33,9,xxx-xxx, # but the manual tells me to dial #33# plus the number plus # for rcf with simul int alert.
Any ideas? thanks in advance!!!

Do you have the extension programmed as a rcf or a rcf with int alert.I just programmed a release three and they wouldn't The book is extremely confusing... I usually press *33, 9xxxxxxxxxxx#

I have programmed it as a rcf with int alert and it asks you to enter the pool for the pri trunks which in my case is 890.It won't let you inspect the the extns here but it will under rcf extns.

Both # and * 33 will let you programme call fwd.

The book tells you to prog. #33#(not the pool access code)xxxxxxxxxx# for rcf with int alert and this does not work!

Let me know if you can get this to work.

OK, got it to work.
Had to read the manual again and gave the extension dial code access to the pool.
Now you can enter #33#xxxxxxxxxx# and no turkey tone!
Also feature works.
