Will this work on a Legend 6.1?? Trying to do remotely but I have a feeling that it won't wk in Key mode. Works great in their other location but that one is set up as Hybrid. Thanks in advance.

I can't seem to get it to work & the site is 300 miles away. I was able to get it to wk on a system in our lab. I have the console set up for RCF & T-T transfer. The lines are set to yes for reliable disc & when she activated the RCF the calls still ring in on her phone. Any suggestions???
Thanks!!

Is that extension principal user for those lines. If not, assign that extension as proncipal user. Otherwise, it would only forward calls transfered to that extension.

Yes they are. The system I have wkg in our lab wks fine & I don't have principal user set up at all. Go figure

Make sure the customer is dialing 9, the RCF Number and the POUND SIGN.

If it is set up right, she should hear a confirmation beep-beep-beep, AND the FORWARD LED should light.

If those 2 things don't happen, you sill have to do this:

Dial in and see if her extension IS FORWARDED to somewhere by doing a print of her exension information.

And post that print out for further help.

I think I see the problem.

It looks like you don't have any lines assigned to any pools.

Therefore, the 9 is not needed, and in fact, will cause the call to go somewhere you don't want it to.

As shown above, the call is attempting to go to:

913109962340#, when i think they want to go to:

13109962340#

What is so weird is I have a Legend set up in our lab as a key system with 2 lines & the call fwd wks with the 9

Are you using T&R Sets on the LAB Machine?

Maybe, without setting this up in my lab, your AUTO LINE SELECT is making this work in the lab.

Hmmmm....

Try setting the forwarding delay to 1 instead of 0 for x31.....or in your lab set a station with primary coverage for the forwarding set and see if the lab set still forwards okay. I think the feature interaction has to do with the primary coverage of the console. lg
