I set up an adjunct for RCF and when the cust. tries to do the RCF they are not able to enter all of the digits. They can do #80xxx# *33 91xxxxx and after that they no longer hear touch tones. They are a remote customer so I can not see or hear what is going on. They can forward to an internal ext so the cf does work. Any ideas??-

What release?

Do they get waveoff after the 9, or farther into the dial string?

The adjunct is set for RCF, Trunk to Trunk, and the lines have Reliable Disconnect set to Yes?

Hey TTT!
They are not getting a waveoff and I had her do the forward with me on her cell and the speaker on on the phone she was using. RCF is on and trunk to trunk is on also. I will check the version and Rel Disc.

TTT-
They have a R6.1 Legend and the Rel disc is now on- I will have her try to forward again.

Good to know!

The ability to use Authorization Codes to program the adjunct's call forwarding came with Release 6. An earlier release can be done through Remote Access, easiest by looping an analog extension to a CO port, then calling the analog extension.
