Does anyone Know if there is a procedure to reset the admin password for RCC?

Somewhere buried in the stand alone PC, you will find a RAP.EXE file, find that and then you have to enter a code, search it's on here in another thread, I had to go through that process with Nortel to get the code.

When you find it, i typoed one of the digits, the number that was doubled should only be there once, cant edit after posting though, so I was waiting for someone else to ever need that.

John, could you give me a little more detail on how to do this? I have tried looking for the post, no luck.

I can't find that other post, I only replied to it. You can go through Nortel to get that code.
