How can i upgrad RCC from v 2.3.202 to the latest version.

Uninstall the RCC and install Cummulutative patch 3 and download the new version and install it.

There are RCC patches that came out after CP3, for BCM 3.6. Make sure you follow the instructions for applying the patches - you need a voicemail patch to allow the new RCC client to function properly.
