RCC stats - rules & formulas for stats

Does anyone know the rules the BCM uses to generate Real-time numbers? CDR/SMDR numbers?

things like:
-does an outgoing call go toward the stats if on "make busy", or "logged out"?
-how do imcoming calls get counted.

Is there any rule listing anywhere?
