RCC software download

I have a client with a Call Pilot 150 using basic call center. They have requested that we install call center reporting, but I do not have the software disk for the APP server, or RCC Client. I checked Nortel's website, but I am unable to download the software.

Is there any other location that I can download the App server and client from on the web? I sent a request to Nortel to download it, but have not heard back in over 3 weeks.

The version that I am looking for is
RCC build 2.4.358
Appsvr version 31.10.28c.22
