RCC showing incomplete XML found

Hi Guys,
I have one BCM 400 Rls 4 configured as contact centre.
Recently customer complained, perticular time period reports are not comming.
So Today I applied 272-VOICEMAIL-2.6-1.1 patch & what happpen is now when I go to the reports its shows "incomplete XML found please inform an administrator"
Also I cannt take Abandoned calles report. All other Reports are ok.
RCC version is 2.4.330a & when patch uploading time I didnt shoutdown the RCC server.
Any idea?

That RCC version is not correct for that voice mail version you need RCC 2.4.360 its part of the latest desktop su



If its not broke tweak it..

Update the RCC and run dbfixutil to fix corrupted databases.

Pl tell me how to update RCC?
Should I uninstall the existing RCC,
How about the data of RCC will it erase?

Install the latest Voicemail and RCC patches most of the time included in the latest SU-Desktop and SU-System patches then only uninstall the RCC software(not the sql portion) and re-install the RCC, once done access the reporting and see if you still have errors, in doubt of corruption run the Dbfixutil program to fix the databases.
You will not loose any data in the entire process.
