I periodically will perform a full backup on my BCM450 rls 5.0 to the USB drive in the BCM. I guess when a backup is done, it deletes the old backup and creates a new backup file. If this is correct then what kind of backup should I perform to prevent me from losing any of the data that is stored in the BCM450 pertaining to the reporting for contact center flies? I want to keep all of the data somewhere, in the event the customer wants to pull the skill set records for a certian past time period, just in case of a RCC server or BCM hard drive failure. Does the BCM450 have a first in first out type of storage for the RCC records and does the regular backup I am doing have these RCC records on it? Thanks for any suggestions!!!
