RCC reports issue incorrect Date & Time

I have downloaded the call center calls from the BCM400 3.7 back to 08/01/2009. When you go to the reports window the time and date for the reports show 2009/08/17 00:00 and 2009/08/17 10:45 but if you try to pull a report from any time after that date and time you get teh message "your To Date & Time exceeds the last recorded date within RCC. THis is currently: 2009/08/17" If i pull a report prior to that date it goes through fine. I checked the time on the server and the BCM and they are correct. I am current on the patches as well. Any ideas?
 
Sounds like the RCC service has stopped and you're no longer storing reports. Have you checked the services on the server? Rebooting should restart the services but you may want to check hard drive space.
 
I check the services and they are running, and I have 204G of free space.
 
Reboot the RCC server

if the does not work reeboot the BCM then the RCC

if you still have problems come back here

If its not broke tweak it..
 
Rebooted both again and still the same issue. Has anyone had to adjust the time on the reporting server before? Never had this problem and we have 10 sites that run the reporting on 10 different PC's but haven't had this problem.
 
The error is actually telling you no data has been collected since 2009/08/17 10:45

I had a similar problem and the dbfix utility cured it.

Run the dbfix utility.
Cant remember the actual link you type in but Its in the the troubleshooting guide
this will check for corruppted database and will fix it
This can take a while.
Then try again.
Remember to click on "GET latest reporting data" just below the reports field.
This took 2 hours to complete because the reports weren't working for a month
This will force the reporting to get the BCM data.
