I have downloaded the call center calls from the BCM400 3.7 back to 08/01/2009. When you go to the reports window the time and date for the reports show 2009/08/17 00:00 and 2009/08/17 10:45 but if you try to pull a report from any time after that date and time you get teh message "your To Date & Time exceeds the last recorded date within RCC. THis is currently: 2009/08/17" If i pull a report prior to that date it goes through fine. I checked the time on the server and the BCM and they are correct. I am current on the patches as well. Any ideas?
