RCC Reporting port blocked 6011

Hi guys
Another annoying issue.
Rcc reporting on Bcm50 release 3

Rcc IVR runs and then shows port 6011 blocked.
All other ports ok

Checked firewall and this is off
windows firewall off
No anti virus as PC is not on internet
Windows firewall off.

I have also checked ports 6010 tcp allowed
checked port 6011 tcp allowed
port 80 allowed

Rcc works as normall, real screens work.
Connection status Green.

The issue is the port shows blocked.

I have connected PC directly to bcm port and still blocked

Why cant I unblock this port..

Help needed

Just curious if both BCM and the RCC is patched to latest.

I see there was a similar issue with the 450 where 6011 was blocked and a patch fixed it.

I will look at the 450 patch and see whats the fix .

No the last SU patch was 250..
I have been advised by my support to unistall BCM version and reinstall version RCC 5 from a disc.

The 450 patch that describes this error refers to a Java Heap memory problem.

Would clearing the java cache cause any issues if i were to delete the temp files in it.
