RCC Reporting issue

I have Call Center for the BCM I also have the RCC loaded on a win2k server box. For some reason as of 12:01 Septemberr 7th it has stopped reporting calls. It connects with the BCM no problem. Passwords have not been changed, nor connections. You can see it downloading a new database number of calls but it does not process them. Any ideas?
 
Are all current voicemail patches and RCC patches loaded? If not, load those and update the RCC software. I've had good luck with the "latest" release. Previous releases tended to do exactly what you're describing.
 
I have run into this many times. The BCM may have lost connection with the reporting server for whatever reason ( powerfailure, network hiccup ).

I solve this by rebooting the BCM and the reporting server, and attempt again. Works 90 % of the time.
