RCC - realtime lockup

CP150 with Reporting ( CCRAppServer v1.1.2117.14653 ) on WinXP Pro 32bit SP2. The realtime output locks up at odd intervals. Sometimes the realtime will function for hours, sometimes just minutes. Only way that I have been able to fix the issue is to restart the Call Center Reporting Service. What is strange is that everything else, reporting, configuration modifications to wallboards, etc continue to function properly and the connection to the CP (realtime port 6011) is functioning. The various logs for realtime and the CCRAppServer have no information about this issue when it occurs. Only thing in the realtime log is "INFO: sleep exception -[number] timeout value is negative" with a timestamp well after the lock has occurred. I am at a loss, anyone ran into this problem with RCC and know of a solution?
