I have a BCM450 Rls 5.0 with RCC. I have recently intalled a network printer to the RCC server. I can print a text doc to the printer and have the network printer chosen as the default. When I access the Reports and Schedules with the admin user name and choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly the "ADD" is greyed out. When I choose real time it only allows me to view and states there are no printers available.
Any Ideas ahy the RCC program does not recognise the printer that is on the RCC server?
