RCC on BCM50 rls 3 cannot add Scheduled reports

I´ve got BCM50 Rls 3 with Call Center Licence, I can do all reports manually on RCC, I'm tryng to configure reports Schedule on RCC but "Add" Button for Scheduling any report (Daily,Weekly or Mothly) is disabled (see attached picture), Do I have to configure something on RCC before Adding Schedule reports? Please Any Ideas? RCC server PC has Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6

Can you look at the licenses on the BCM, I thought that there is a reporting package that may be needed.

Let me know what the system is licensed for.

Have you got an printers installed?
It appears this is primary reason why the button would be disabled.

1) Can you please verify that you have all of the latest patches loaded and in service for the Nortel?

2) What version of Java and MY SQL are you running?

3) P Lease review the attached document in detail, because it sounds as though even through you can run current reports, the statistical data is either corrupt, not enough space to work or simply you are running newer software components which are not compatible with historical reports.

4) When was the system last rebooted?
