Good day Techs,
I am having an issue with a BCM 450 running 6.0 software. I have a contact call center working with skillset, agents , and ccr trees. The issues that I am having is that the last skillset that I build for some reason is not showing up in RCC. This is a working skillset with agents receiving calls. I only have 22 skillset working in RCC but like I said the last one that i built is not showing up so it cannot be reviewed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
