hey everyone i have a BCM 400 3.7 the customer has a designated computer for running RCC it was working just fine but the power went out and since the BCM will not run reports the IP VIEW displays nothing. also when i assign a user to a skillset the skillsets are blank.
i have rebooted BCM and PC also have uninstalled and reinstalled. I just got done patching the system with all the latest and greatest and reinstalled still nothing.
can someone please help.
