RCC loosing connection to BCM

I have a problem with RCC in the real time screens the connection status goes red intermittently and all the wallboards show out status, the call centre continues to work fine and I can connect to UM ok, I had a look in the event logs, when the fault happens a service called tomcat fails and the next event is the apache service starting again… anyone come across the can help ?
 
Make sure you are running the latest RCC patches.
To restart the realtime, go to your RCC PC, go into manage, stop and restart the SQL database and RCC Launcher, that will restart the service. You will need to restart the RCC PC after this.
 
Going to do the patches next week, maybe i should have said it starts working again about 1 min later...
 
i have been given a beta patch that should cure this problem, it relates to a previous CTI patch that introduced a memory leak that causes services to fail... i will let you know how it goes..
