RCC Issue 450 6.0

Hi All

I have a strange problem with rcc running on a windows xp machine. have all latest patches installed and just loaded on a fresh PC. contact center connection pulls the calls in goes to 100% rcc verification shows no issue, but for some reason realtimwe screen shows no connection. anyone ever seen this before? java issue maybe?
 
When you installed it was firewall, antivirus or pop up blockers running?

Did you test your connection and change from 8088 to another port like 9088?

when I installed, no pop up blockers, no anti-virus, did not check firewall, never had a problem with the firewall before so I didnt think to check it. I will try testing connection and see what I come up with.

has this pc access to internet so it can auto update Java? or it is just in the internal network to access BCM and get the CDR info?
The Java is is the default one? also have you ever updated your BCM with latest patch without updating the RCC software?

java is set to update, it is connected to internet, latest patch I beleive system.021 desktop .005 downloaded after patch.


just tested ports ok, turned off firewall. still does the same thing.

do you think I should step back java version?
 
Latest available is 022 and 005

I know with CP 150 the Windows XP should go to and remain at SP2 and no higher but some did have it working with SP3
Make sure server specs are correct.
