RCC Historical reports problem

Hi all,

I have a customer utilizing rcc on a windows xp pro platform. We are having a problem where the running of Historical reports fails with a page unavailable error. Real time stats are fine. Restarting iis fixes it for about an hour. I have made sure that we are running the java 1.4.2_3 level and asp.net is in the 1.1 range (both recommended by Nortel). Anyone have any luck getting this to work on XP? The customer refuses to let us build the rcc app on w2k which we never have problems with.

Do you have service pack 2 downloaded for xp pro? If so you should be about to go into the exceptions list under your firewall and allow to application to run

I have sp2, but the firewall is disabled. Any other ideas?
