RCC Historical Report Help - Only Showing Up To 2008

I am currently working on an older BCM400 ver 3.6 and I am trying to get Historical Reporting to work for the customer - but the problem I have is I only can retrieve data up to year 2008.

I am working on getting the BCM upgraded to at least 3.7 but in the meantime I remember reading somewhere of a quick fix for this - I think there was a file that I needed to edit..

Any help would be appreciated!
