RCC For BCM 3.7

We have a new bcm 3.7 , it says that it has updated the data on the server 200 dedicated machine but then said error incorrect schema detected . In the connection center i had a message when yopu ask it to get data that said incompatable XML.. any sugestions .

Is the server Windows 2003 Server?

it is server 2000,explorer 5 and java loaded from the bcm . have you ever seen the schema warning or XML??

No I haven't ever seen the warning or XML on the BCM platform. I just knew there were issues with the 2003 Server.

Schema and XML both refer to database structure and markup language within the database It appears that you may have possible Java issues.

What happens when you connect a PC directly to the BCM?

The XML error is caused by your IIS or SP not being the proper version. If IIS is laoded on your server then check your version of SP. It should be SP 2 or higher.
