RCC Error-Historical Request over 3 hours.

I have an error on the RCC server it states "Historicalreqover3hrs"...
please help guys

go to this link on the reporting server and run the utility.

I have had this trouble, and this fixes it.

I ran the dbfixutil and there is no data that is corrupt and after running the dbfixutil,I still get the same error.

another thing to check is the time on the reporting server vrs the time on the BCM. Maybe DST messed something up. A reboot of the reporting server could clear it up also.
