RCC can't view reports

Got a BCM 400 3.7 with RCC. I can view real time stats fine, but when I try to view a report, I get just the top third of a nortel globe picture and nothing else. All new RCC patches are installed, plus I reinstalled the RCC software. No change. Ran the DB fix utility and it said all is well. Any ideas?

Correction. It is a 3.6.

Try reinstalling activeX on the PC.
and or also try upgrading the Java

If you have the NTP's the sections at the bottom of CCReporting is great for trouble shooting.

I have had this before, sometimes you need to manualy install the crystal reports viewer, it prompts you the first time you view a report, sometimes a pop up blocker blocks it or who knows what happens. to maunualy install it go to the path below, on the reporting server and install the npviewer on your pc.
