RCC agents not showing?

Hi all,

Got a problem with RCC on bcm400, RCC is running on a win xp SP2. All the skillsets are setup and working but when i try to assign i skillset to a user they don't show up.

Any ideas thanks.

I think i need to restart the xml on CCR, anyone know how?
