RCC Admin pass reset 1

Hello Team
on a BCM50R6 the RCC admin user cannot access the admin page returning error that user or password is wrong.
A reporting standard user is being accepted.
Any idea to reset the admin account or create another admin account?
RCC IVR passes ok all green.

an update on this i played with the SQL Management studio and managed to get into user but the user cannot add wallboards , any ideas? thanks
