RCC 450 6.0 Issue

Hi All,

Has anyone seen this when they have tried to run reports:

Reportserver not running HTTP Error 403.1 forbidden.

When I run the utility it gets to report server and gives me a similar error and tells me reports folder not found?

this is a freshh install on a new pc

anyone seen this?

I have had numerous issues with the RCC. It has been one of two things. Either the workstation already had SQL2005 Express installed or the certificate it uses to connect to the DB is corrupt. Unfortunately for the later, you have to have Avaya fix that since there is a password that only they know that is required to generate a new cert.

The last time I reinstalled the RCC I had the customer give me a freshly imaged PC with no other software installed. Bottom line is this software is exceptionally finicky. Avaya's solution to most of the issues is to reinstall it...

It is a brand new machine running on VMware. Not sure if this would create an issue. but reinstalled several times and still get the same error. going to try another machine.

I know it shouldn't matter, but I know they don't support VM. At least the last TAC guy I spoke to said no.
