Hi all, when an operator transfer a call to an integerted DECT, the recall to operator doesn´t go to the operator that transfered the call.
Normally the recall always goes to the same operator that transfered the call.

The DECT has PELPI like this:

PERSONAL NUMBER:64019
LIST CHO ANSPOS TIME BSYCHO ONECAL ORGSEL SMSSEL
1 1 64019 30 - 0 111 0
1 2 99 30 - 0 111 0

Can it be that the recall follows the PELPI-list and goes to 99 (any operator). Can you manage to let the recalls go to the same operator that sent the call??

Best regards NANSI

Yea thats it , it enters the common que .
I guess you can say that this isn't a recall ,
but a deflect to 99 .
If you deleted the CHO 2 , i suspect you would get
a recall .
You could try setting the recall aspac time for
operator transfered call lower than the LIST=1,CHO=1
time parameter , so that
LIST=1,CHO=2 dont trigg .
