Hi,

My system seem to hang after executing the "S72inetsvc" script in the rc2.d directory. Before that the rpcbindkeyserv service seem to have failed with the following error message:


Starting rpc Service: rpcbindkeyserv:failed to
generate host's netname when establishing root's key.

Please advice. Thank you.

Is your machine connected to any naming servic(like NIS)?
